Displays, Recommended Reads, and Programs Celebrating Women's History Month

Sunday, March 2, 2025: Celebrate Women's History Month in the library March 1-31 by checking out these displays, recommended reads, and programs!

Women's History Group Displays

Since 2017, the Falls Church Women's History Group (WHG) has been honoring the "work of women who made a difference in Falls Church -- from the 1700s through current day." Through their annual Falls Church Women's History Walk, WHG has highlighted the contributions of scores of Falls Church women with a series of biographical signs displayed for a weekend throughout the City.

This year, there will not be a formal Falls Church Women's History Walk. But the library will be displaying a number of the biographical signs throughout the library during Women's History Month.
