During the pandemic, the library suspended some of our overdue and billed notices as due dates were being pushed back as part of our response to COVID. Now that we’ve been open in our new building for about a year and normal library functions have resumed, we’re restarting our full range of overdue and billed notices.
- Overdue notices will be received 4 days, 7 days, and 14 days after a material is overdue.
- Notifications about being billed for materials will go out 28 days after a material is overdue.
