The Upper Level Conference Room is a flexible space for medium-sized gatherings located on the library's main level next to the Adult Reading Room. Reservations can be placed up to 60 days in advance.
Equipment
The Upper Level Conference Room is equipped with Wi-Fi, assistive listening devices, and two wall-mounted TV monitors and a projector for presentations.
Seating
All room reservations will come with the default set up pictured above. Chairs and tables can be arranged differently as needed by the individual/group reserving the room but must be returned to their original position when the program is finished. (Please be sure to factor any setup and breakdown time when reserving the room.)
