This 4-week program is an introduction to mindfulness meditation. No experience necessary. Suitable for beginners to meditation.
Each week we will build on the previous week’s topic, and over the 4 weeks we’ll explore:
- What is Mindfulness Meditation?
- How does meditation support wellbeing?
- Tips to establish your own practice.
- Connecting mind and body.
- The practice of kindness.
Your teacher, Mary Hale, is a native of Scotland who was introduced to meditation in 2015. “Come for the voice, stay for the calm.”
