Wednesday mornings 10:30am - 12:00pm
October 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th

This 4-week program is an introduction to mindfulness meditation. No experience necessary. Suitable for beginners to meditation.

Each week we will build on the previous week’s topic, and over the 4 weeks we’ll explore:

  • What is Mindfulness Meditation?
  • How does meditation support wellbeing?
  • Tips to establish your own practice.
  • Connecting mind and body.
  • The practice of kindness.

Your teacher, Mary Hale, is a native of Scotland who was introduced to meditation in 2015.  “Come for the voice, stay for the calm.”
