This Book Club meeting is rescheduled. We are meeting Wednesday, October 5th at 7pm.
We are discussing the "The Key" by Patricia Wentworth, written in 1944. Patricia Wentworth was a prolific mystery writer. She created one of the first female detectives, Miss Maud Silver. "The Key" is a suspenseful classic whodunit that takes place in a quiet and remote English village. The events are interconnected with the wider world affairs of the time,
Mystery Book Club
Come in, get cozy and enjoy a group discussion of books of mystery and suspense by famous and lesser known authors from the Golden Age of Mysteries. Meetings will be held every other month, usually on the 4th Wednesday of that month. We have been holding Hybrid meetings; you can join in-person or via zoom
Need a copy of the book? Please search our online catalog or our Overdrive ebook/audiobook collection to check the availability of this book. Special book group copies are also set aside roughly one month before the discussion and can be requested on a first come, first serve basis by emailing circ@fallschurchva.gov.
