Event Details
While for some the pandemic feels like a lifetime ago, others might still be struggling with returning to “normal”. Sadness over being apart from family, disappointment in relationships were all common experiences - are these strains still causing you anxiety or stress? Join us for Identifying and Managing Your Emotions as we pause, reflect, and learn how to respond in real-time to emotional challenges that affect our health and our relationships.
About the Instructor
As a therapist, Emily Lawyer collaborates with clients to empower them in their growth. Utilizing an integrative, trauma-informed approach that draws from Interpersonal Neurobiology, CBT, DBT, and Narrative therapy, she is passionate about journeying with people as they find healing in a compassionate, empathic environment.
