As the cooler, darker days approach we naturally turn inward making this a great time of year for inner reflection and deep, healing writing. In this workshop we’ll learn simple techniques from yoga to help you focus, relax, and tune-in to your inner guide. These skills easily translate into a more skillful relaxed way of writing, and may even help you get through the inevitable and dreaded state known as writer’s block. Participants of this workshop will be guided through some gentle movements while standing or sitting in a chair. There is also a focusing exercise that can be done seated OR lying down. If you are more comfortable lying down, please bring a beach towel or blanket.
