About the Instructor
Mercedes Motz is a National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF) certified personal trainer. She has spent the last 15 years working in the field of health and wellness and with professional athletes. She was an adjunct at Yale for 3 years teaching classes on Pain Management and Anatomy & Physiology.
